MatchServer not working..

when i click match server it says

Microsoft visual C++ run time library
Runtime error!
program : C:gunzserver \Server \Matchserver\MatchServer.exe
This runtime has requested the runtime to terminate it in a unusal way
please contact blah blah

any1 know what's wrong? help

Its your server.ini ,shop.xml OR zitem.xml.....
