MatchServer problem

I'm having a problem that I hope someone out there can help me with, the problem is this;

I recently bought a vps from webfusion, Windows Server 2008 64bit.
I transfered my server files to the VPS, and installed MSSQL and SQL Server Management Studio Express then I setup the Database and the odbc after that I changed the config in my server files when I finally thought I was done I ran the Locator, it succedded and then I ran the MatchServer it ran but when someone tries to connect to the server the matchserver closes with an error saying "GameServer has stopped working" and also everytime I run the MatchAgent nothing happens, I went to task manager > process and saw 2x of MatchAgent I tried to close on but it kept opening. Ive tried different server files but same problem occured.

If someone knows the solution please share it, I would appreciate that.
Im willing to pay 20-30USD depending on What/How much you can do.

Try Rebooting.
