MatchServer Runtime Error

I made a backup of my MatchServer just in case.
For some reason, this morning, it wouldn't start.
Last night it was running fine..

nhn server mode is real
Load XML from memory : strings.xml(0x0037) - SUCCESS
Load XML from memory : cserror.xml(0x0037) - SUCCESS
[07/02/11 09:09:00] DBMS Connected
[07/02/11 09:09:00 Command registeration completed
MServer::Create - m_RealCPNet.Create(6000)==false

That's the error I got.
I had to type that out because my clipboard is fucked.
Can I have a lil help?

It looks like port 6000 is being used by something else. Check it.
