You have to make one. I will not tell you how to do so exactly or do it for you but I can provide you with the basic idea of what you need to do.

1. block sql injections through packets
2. block packet injections (client, matchserver and locator)
3. block memory edits/dll injections

Some insight on how to do this.
Reverse mcommand and recreate your own, so you can send your own custom commands/packets. Hook oncommand function so that you can check for your custom commands/packets.
