i'm same problem detect hacker very items in game play.

To fix the hacking attempt detected , reduce the delay abit , thats what ive found to work .
If they are not placing , make sure they are in your worlditem.xml server sided and client sided .

solution is 90 delay + worlitem.xml edit "hpap"
other problem is screem and crash play game. in play game only medicals.
