Gunner54's MEF Dumper is terrible compared to x1nixmzeng's. Look for threads started by x1nixmzeng and you'll find it.

Why didn't you read the instructions from his thread? All you need to do is rename the file containing a .mef file to "system.mrs" and run the dumper.

You don't have to run GunZ. Just run the dumper > select the .mef file > click "Dump".
If it doesn't work, post screenshots.

Run it as Administrator and try again. If not, I don't know because Vista is very annoying.

looks like i need to use VMWare..
Right click the MEF Dumper, click properties, under compatibility tab, tick Run this program in compatibility mode: and Apply. If thi doesn't work, can't help you..
