Use that:

decrypt.rar


Extract and put system or the official encrypter mrs file do u want to unpack and decrypt in Client folder and use unpack.bat.


Credits: Idk who post that, but i guest is Phoenix.

Edit: Sorry i don't see u say "Solved.", but anyway u can use that for extract any mrs file encrypted with .mef from official servers.
