come on msn and I didn't fix it.

Look for your country code, and look in server.ini and see if your country code is there and remove it and also disable the country filter.

Make sure the settings in your server.ini are:

[FILTER]
USE="0" 
ACCEPT_INVALID_IP="1"

and in Locator.ini it's:

USE_COUNTRY_CODE_FILTER="no"
