Thats not the unbugged site.
You got hold of the bugged site, or you downloaded the unbugged site, but you got hold of the bugged components. Because that is what used to happen to the database.

use unbugged release by Wizkid, he fixed it.
Or use a normal registerpage in place and add the missing table functions into the php document.
use wizkids register page because it doesnt have anybugs....unless you fk it up..?
