Okay, i know how to make weapons n shit, but how exactly do i make sets, now if anyone says use search IMMA punch you in the face, cause I've looked and found.

you dont is the short answer...

the long answer is held by a handful of people, mainly because of a special way to export them because they have armatures...

Well the reriging or exporting isnt the main problem for me.
My problem is that i dont get any clue about getting softbodys to work ...

Watch basic 3D Modeling Videos, the most of them show how to do clothes etc.
other than just dividing a cube couple times to push some verts around.
Just be Sure to keep the ENTIRE Mesh under 2k.
1,5k should be fine.
