Mrs packer from a long time ago.

hey people, long time ago when i made gunz servers someone realeased a mrs compiler + decompiler which was the most easy one to use. You had to install it. After installing it you only had to do Right click the MRS file and click unpack. And for packing: Right click the folder and click pack. I have been looking for a while now also on forum.ragezone. And i just can't find it. Can anyone help me?
