MRS : System

Hey,

I just downloaded yesterday a client and server files here from RaGEZONE.
But now I try to decompile system.mrs and it says: MRS.exe stopped working aka its protected...?
So far I know I downloaded 2007 files but I can't find the link anymore from the topic.
Someone can help me open it, or tell me how I can open it and wich decompiler I need for it?

Na but someone gave me a better compiler.
The system.xml was the IP: WAN IP HERE so its a normal system.mrs
I only have the download link of it but the thread idk anymore
