Muzzle Flash Blender Error

Hello, please help friends, I use blender 2.49 and have taught me to place the muzzle flash a weapon created but I think I'm missing something, I think I need some "in affinity" or "Follow" why not see the line with the original weapon.

Thats just a relationship line, it does nothing besides showing parent/child information.
Stop using blender and youll get a - less memory leak and b - more frames due to proper file format.
