My BACK UP USB got this problem help me. please!

Go to Start, Type "Device Manager" (without the "") and open that. Go down to Mice and other pointing devices and there may be a yellow "!" next to one of them, if there is then right click and uninstall it then plug in your USB device once again. If there is not a yellow "!" then just uninstall everything under Mice and other pointing devices and reboot your computer. This may work but it also may not.
