My IP publishes changes??

    My IP publishes changes??

    My IP changes every look which will halt my computer!

    looking at whatismyip.com and CMD with "ipconfig" and the same ....
    always changing!
    any solution? to avoid having to change the system.mrs else and always!

    plz help

    CMD's "ipconfig" is your router's assigned local address. WhatismyIP is your WAN IP.

    Most of the time, your WAN IP changes. That is a dynamic IP.
    To update your IP, use a No-IP service.

    I used no-ip. and now I remember ... Uninstall it had yesterday; D!

    the bad thing is that
    install no-IP and continues to change my ip ...
    I like to use non-IP?
    plz show me how to get my static ip

    is in the program options no-IP?
    gets connection and activate the 2 options?
    I think it's that or not?
    if there is to do something else plz anybody help me
