My Privet Server

Hello umm i need some halp with my privet Gunz.
My english littel bad so try anderstand me :flag_schw

I make a privet Gunz and i got some problem with the server .
My problem is the Gunz Server , my frinde keep the gunz on hes computer becuse hes got 7mb internet and 1G ram .
So when we bilde the gunz hes make a server you know thet show you how many pepol log in and all that .
So ny frinde the one that have the gunz can see the privet server but when hes is uplode thet to the web i not see the server


see hes can see server and i dont
we use SQL and all this but this problem we cant solve

check all config files. Then check the 2 DB tables serverstatus.dbo and locatorstatus.dbo then try checking system.xml in system.mrs and if all else fails try putting the ip in config.xml

i thinks its IP problem becus hes ip change all the this so we try no-ip and its still not work
