I cant open UDP ports due to my VPS provider new security policy!

Due to a recent recurring issue we have been having with udp floods, we
have disabled these udp ports inbound. This is part of our new security
policy.
Except the below mentioned ports, all the other ports are already open
in our hardware firewall system.
TCP: 6660-6669, 135-139, 445, 4126-4128, 4512, 2967, 6881-68***
6901-69*** 1080
UDP: Due to a recent recurring issue we have been having with UDP
floods, we have disabled these UDP ports inbound. This is part of our
new security policy.
To open a specific port in the firewall you first need to configure the
application on that specific port. After this the port will start
listening on the server.
So i cant own gunz server?! :S:(
