[MYSQL]Can't Connect

This might seem stupid, but every time I try to connect to the mysql I cant.
I can't find my server name, I have tried everything..
The only server name that works for me is localhost, but I can't connect any other way.
Any ideas on how to get the mysql server name?

Installed Instances:
SQL Server

Computer name:
jay

Full computer name:
jay.home
