I didn't ask anyone to help my "so called legal company", this is a futile thread with no meaning whatsoever since it comes from a fake and incomplete release.

And no one is breaking a law, on the contrary, there are grey areas in the internet legislation that can and have been used in the advantage of VPS owners, but that's not even the point, we're talking about a product that's been copyrighted and that's not even working.

Also, there is no need for court, all that's needed is an intimation directed to the host of the VPS if it's a public hosting company or to the ISP if it's private, and it will legally follow its regular procedure, the host/ISP observes copyright infringement and "invites" the person to remove that content, otherwise, the hosting/ISP service will be discontinued and the person will only then be prossecuted to the full extent of the law.

Want to talk about copyrighted product? Let's talk 'bout MatchServer, Locator, MatchAgent and the files contained in the GunZ client. DR GunZ is using copyrighted files, as the rest of the private servers. You're argument was, and still is, invalid since you started to bitch and moan. You have absolutely no case to shut down a server, since that server is in possession of copyrighted files, which are also illegal to own(because they are stolen).
Also, where's the proof of this copyright?

Oh and don't try and say I have no clue what someone in your field talks etc, It's complete bull shit no one here is really buying it I've dealt with enough lawyers and shit to know clearly how they type, talk etc
