Quite interesting story bro, but Gunz servers are illegal like all other private servers.
EverWorld Developments might be registered as an official company yet it's breaking the law.
The lack of action from MAIET and ijji against US & EU private servers may speak in our favor but that doesn't mean it it's legal.

And no one is breaking a law, on the contrary, there are grey areas in the internet legislation that can and have been used in the advantage of VPS owners, but that's not even the point, we're talking about a product that's been copyrighted and that's not even working.

Also, there is no need for court, all that's needed is an intimation directed to the host of the VPS if it's a public hosting company or to the ISP if it's private, and it will legally follow its regular procedure, the host/ISP observes copyright infringement and "invites" the person to remove that content, otherwise, the hosting/ISP service will be discontinued and the person will only then be prossecuted to the full extent of the law.
