I nat every1 on my server, and get extremely high pings - Constant 100 - 130. Im not sure how to go about to fixing this or to lower the pings so its closer to wat their actual pings or. Any ideas?
Also i added heavymetal set to zitem the model.mrs the weapon .xml and then i added it to shop, it still wont appear in server shop - any clues/ideas why?

Hopefully you remember that GunZ won't recognize any itemID in the shop above 500,000 (or is it 50,000? :P)
No, you can't sell items back to the shop if their itemID is above 500,000, they will still register though.
its the other way around. I have fixed this for people many times (its why ijji's items don't appear in shop even though you have added them to shop.xml and put all iscashitems to false.)
