Need help about UGrade ID Color and Unmasked Name

Yep, that is all finally i want to fix :
1. Unmasked Administrator Name.
2. Disable /Admin_halt instead of System Developer ( only SD can do it ).
3. New Color and UGrade for Collaborator, Make color for Event Maker.

Can someone pro or someone know to fix it, i hope that i can get help from all, for study and develop game online purpose!
