Need help How to fix 999 pings and ae bugs

This is werid, before i started playing private server i had no agent errors. Now i came back when to the room stack of 999 can some1 solve this problem without me using a router? here some sreenshots.

If it's your server, then the only solution at this point is to unhook the router.

If it's not your server, check firewall, ports, etc.
