Need help with connection

Posting again none helped last time...
I need help... i made my server opened did everything so i let my friends to login...
when i try to login it says cannot access to server ... only for me and my friends are in my game...
and sometimes i change the ip in db to 127.0.0.1 login and change it back to my ip then i see all 999ping...
need help
