need help with something fast

need help i made everything and logged on my server
i told my friends about it
when they got in the Servers menu typed their names and put connect but it sayed for them
Cannot access to server
or w/e its not exactly what they say but he cant login in the server... can someone help me?

Thank you very much i fixed it but you know what happened now?
it became in the opisit all people can login the server just i cant it says Cannot access to server now@@@@
