negative bounty bug..

i have just gotten a gunz.exe which allows u to have quest item and see bosses the dumb thing is that when i buy a quest item and i re-login into gunz i get -400 bounty anyway to fix?? *Note i've search for a tut to not get negative bounty but it still seems it wont work...
