News Server vb6

Heyy, i was woundering if some one could show me how to make, a News server. like silkroad online you have the client and the server. and without the server open the news dosen't display.

like you open the client then u have a text box that shows the news comming from the server.

And can it be done with Winsocket. if so can you add a simple guilde on the client and server.

Also it's to be done with Visual Basic 6. - Microsoft Winsock Controls. 6.0 or any version of that matter. as long as the commands are the same i don't give a shit.

Why would you want a news server? Just have a launcher with a webpage, display news on that. Voila.
