The Ijji client does not have the Ninja set and I'm not lazy to update it either. I'm just waiting for Ijji to release it.

You can get the set from patch number 639 of KGunz. (Use maxteam's links).

Yes you can find all that in patch number 639. The Shark teeth sets were released here though.
