When I use cry taunt (number 9 when holding sword) character will cry but no sound is present... how to fix this issue? The sound file is inside the respective mrs file.

Sound > Effect.mrs unpack it > effect.xml open it > in effect.xml search for:
<!-- <EFFECT NAME="fx2/MAL02" MINDISTANCE="400" MAXDISTANCE="1200" type="2"/> -->
and
<!-- <EFFECT NAME="fx2/FEM02" MINDISTANCE="400" MAXDISTANCE="1200" type="2"/> -->
and remove the <!-- and --> and you're done
