    [not gunz related] with some programs

    when i go to open, lets say xzeenon's mrs decompiler pro final version, it says Unhandled exception has occurred in your application, when i hit details, it says this:
    Code:
     System.ComponentModel.Win32Exception: The system cannot find the file specified
       at System.Diagnostics.Process.StartWithShellExecuteEx(ProcessStartInfo startInfo)
    and bla bla bla, wont be posting some of his code.
    but, its only been doing that recently. it does it with rotana's zitem editor, aristrums zitem editor.
    wtf is going on?

    kk, i'll re-install .net framework.
    one more problem D:

    im going to release a old, mrs.exe & theduel.exe edited encyption.
    everything is nearly done, but it crashes when trying to open local.xml
    heres my mlog.txt
    Code:
     Cannot open system/locale.xml file.
    Error!! - StringTable Initalize Failed
    Invalid Locale
    heres my local.xml
    Code:
     <?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
    <XML>
    	<LOCALE>
     		<COUNTRY>BRZ</COUNTRY>
    		<LANGUAGE>BRZ</LANGUAGE>
    		<MAXPLAYERS>10</MAXPLAYERS>
    	</LOCALE>
    </XML>
    i dont remember if i edited this or not -.-
    im 99% sure i edited theduel.exe right.
    i hope theres something wrong with local.xml.
