NPC Help

i have the dds converter 2 and i had my friend do it to weapons so i could edit and see how to make but i wanna make a bleach quest and i have no frigin clue how to make a npc so my problem is i wanna look at the npc's so i can get a idea on how to make the hollows.....can some1 plz tell me what to type into the cmd...it would be really frigin helpful...oh and if its hard to explain i have team view so i can let you use that and ill actually watch so i wont need help with it again ^^
