ok some bugs and need help

so ok there are some bugs in my gunz server

- shop says you cant buy the item no matter what

- 999 ping

Bump AE and 999 ping i think i know how to fix but the shop/??

Shop im not 100% so im not sure if it will work, but I think I was told it means something is wrong with some XML file where you need to add the items. Can't remember which one it is though.
