    Ok... Did you have a sa and a password? Cause in that row there have to be sa or your mssql password if i'm correct right through my head
    If this is correct also... You need to make an ODBC in System-dsn and not User/Character

    its the dll
    U need to replace it here C:\xampp\apache\bin
    or w/e webserver u are using
