why you need something like this ?
You can do this without any source edits at all, just set muzzle flash to an extremely high Z value and it will shoot from the sky.

Has to be a joke, anyways, each weapon has its own muzzle_flash since not all weapon have the same size so to not have the shots come out of the players asshole they all have a muzzle_flash dummy.
So just import what ever model you want, place your dummy/empty, and export that as your rocketlauncher.
