I made my own server of gunz and it works fine for me...
But if i give it to my friends to test it... it does like this..
1.They can open launcher narmally
2.can press START
3.then it closes game (there will be black screen for 1-3 sek then closes)
What i need to do to fix this problem??

A good "bug" is a [Dead/Fixed] bug!
Their config.xml is what's causing it, would be my guess.
Anyway, that's what was causing mine. Make sure they have the same files as you, first, then second, make sure that they have the default config.xml, because your settings might be different from someone else's. What I did, was I just took the config.xml from the BRGunZ client, which caused it to work.
(for me, my resolution could not be run on some people's computers, so that'd be why. It worked for my friend and I, because we had computers that could handle my resolution)

ow what about ip of the server can it be 127.0.0.1?
If it works for you but not other people its defanitly not system.xml
Its most likely in your server files, or SQL

If it doesn't load, its not an SQL error, or even a server error, for the first time the client communicates with the server is on the server select screen (excluding the launcher webpage)...
It is either the system.xml or the config.xml... but, I am 99% sure it is the config.xml.

the ip in config.xml is SUPPOSED to be left to 127.0.0.1, don't touch it, just go to ijji and get a clean sheet of config.xml , load ijji gunz click on "defaults" save it, take that config and give it out with your clients.

the width and height is the user set resolution from either in-game or from config.xml

It has tons to do with it. The resolution could be one that isn't compatible with their computer (it's what fixed EVERY single person's "help i crash on startup" errors on my server. it works.)

Changing the resolution wont do anything but mess up the game's screen since its in another resolution. It will NOT crash it, I don't even see how it could. Its just there because not everyone has the same computer screen as the other person.
Yes, but. Some people's computers cannot handle resolutions over x by x, or in a different ratio, therefore, it crashes. I don't know why, but I know that's what fixed people's crashes, for ME. It's not that this is the only thing. I tried helping him on MSN, but he doesn't speak english well and couldn't understand me. I said screw it and left.
