He asked a proper question, and it looks like everyhere has answered for him.
we originaly tried to run our gunz from a slow connection and had too many d\c and major server lagg
20 or 30 peoples.. my net max speed is 1.94mbps (down rate) and 700kbps (upload rate) . Server Host location philippines. Tested in 25 players. but might experience high ping 999 in some players if the server firewalled..
