Photoshop plugins for GUNZ

Hi there, i am here because i have a question!

There is a DDS File for photoshop to see on the windows and how can i get to see the Targa files without openning PHOTOSHOP like the DDS File?

Actually a DDS/TGA Thumbnail is the handiest thing when it comes to seaerching a image/texture :)

In windows 7, you're able to view the targa files, without using photoshop or any other program.
