Php text effect on forums!

Hey Guy's!
I made my new forum for gunz, I saw on UGG Forum that admin/gm in forum have anice text effect (green star at his name), so any help to do It?

it's not something you can do it, (well not exactly, I mean you can program it yourself in your forum), but I think this theme and style of font comes with the forum source code of vBulletin forums, when you buy it, you just need to configure it. (like ragezone tho, it has other style and also powered with these forums)
but yeha as i said you can still code it in your forums even if it's not vBulletin.
