you need to edit the server.ini to 127.0.0.1 i mean like that :
KEEPERIP="127.0.0.1"
MONITORIP="127.0.0.1"

Why is the TCP port set to 7778? It's supposed to be 7777 unless you're using some edited files. Change it if not.
i had change the port...still does not work
Your IP address is incorrect in the Agent Config, put your Lan IP in one of them or your Wan (if you port forwarded correctly, and your players aren't on LAN)
