Player Connectivity Issues // People can't see my server in server list

PLEASE TAKE NOTE OF EVERYTHING WRITTEN

I've attempted the usage of a VPN/VPS - No luck.

I've port forwarded it completely, and changed IP's in ini files and serverstatus+locatorstatus. - No luck

I'm pretty sure it isn't my firewall as I have it disabled.

did u change ip in system.xml serverfiles + client (system.mrs)

System.mrs has to be decompiled right?

I edit all the IP in there to internal IP?

if you're using no-ip.com use your website domain , but if not use your ip then.
and yes when u edit it must be decomplied
System > system.xml > edit ip's > save > complie > done.
