Hello, I followed this tut:

and have successfully increased the rounds limit, but not the player limit. I compiled both the matchserver and the runnable after making the edits, made the appropriate changes in the gametypecfg.xml in the system.mrs then copied the xml into both server/client sided. The guide poster said he also hasn't tested out his tut, so im not sure. any help on this would be nice, thanks.
I now also have a new problem, I can chat in lobby and gameroom but not ingame for some reason.
Update: chat works, but only if i press / and it shows up in the chat bar.
Be nice for some help on this.
So, what's your problem exactly? It goes back to the default maximum players number after picking the one higher than the new limit?

My problem is the player limit doesn't work for me. I only c the default options (4,8,12,16) and not any of my edits for player limit. My other problem is when i Chat ingame the enter button does not work, instead I have to public chat by pressing the / button which is weird.Originally Posted by Vusion

If you are adding options of player limit like (4,5,6,7,8) it wont work.. just make ( 8) in gametypecfg .... i cant help more coz m not getting your exact problem :P
I've kept my promise, the release is updated and you should add the new parts.
