Players can`t play together.

Hey Guys, i got an big problem. When i start an server and players join we cant play together. Everyone see the others with an ping of 999 and the connection problem icon at the head. its not the agent eror. plz help me. i use the LegacyGamers Client.

did you run matchagent in your server map?
are you behind a router? -> did you port forward?

We got an MatchAgent and the Server doesn't run's over an root-Server.
One day we could play, but now we can't play any more. We also got problems with our Shop, there are not so much items and the premium-shop isn't working. We used this tutorial: http://www.gamerzneeds.net/forums/gu...er-making.html plz help us.
