Players online always showing up as 0?

Hi all,

Ok only just spotted this issue and have been looking into how to try and fix it for hours. No matter how many players are logged in on my server it always shows up as 0 players. I KNOW I setup the server correctly, but the database just won't update the player count. I am using Jur13n's repack for this.

I found this fix, and applied it to my source, but this is CSCommon.. what exactly gets built? I see no new MatchServer.exe, MatchAgent.exe or Locator.exe :s.. And in the CSCommon folder I see nothing new apart from a load of files which mean nothing to me, so please help me out here?
