Please help me i cant make my server for other peoples..

I have a router..
and in CMD i got : 10.0.0.13
and in What Is My IP - Shows Your IP Address i got: 109.65.X.XXX
Well , i can't make my server for another peoples.. i don't know what ip should be in SYSTEM.XML , SERVERSTATUS.DBO , matchserver , matchagent , locator..

and in port forward.. where to farward? inbound ? outbound? whatip should be there? 10.0.0.13 or 109.65.X.XXX please help..

^ That or just get a VPS. It's better to get one than hosting it from your own computer.

oh just to mention, you can't connect to yourself using a wan ip.

I successfuly run locator , match and agent it says A(1).
but i don't see server -_-'
I've changed my wan ip in the Sql , system , match + agent , locator..
I've port forward like this:

microsoft loopback adapter,
hdwwiz.exe in Start>run.
cant believe it was that little thing..

Loopback adapter allows you to have multiple service appear at the same port of the localhost
