Please HELP me on my LOGIN.MRS!

I made a map using GTKRADIANT then I name it LOGIN.MAP then I COMPILE it then in my login.xml I put CAMERA 01,camera 02 and 1 spawn. I try to test my login map by replacing the /interface/login.mrs using SKIP_UPDATE launcher. THEN THE START GAME.

my login.mrs are sucessful but one thing I really don't understand Why is it there is no CHARACTER STANDING on the screen!
i can click my 2 characters on sreen but there is no character standing on it.

PLEASE HELP ME!

Make sure your spawn is infront of the camera end point.
Also make sure the camera is facing the spawn.
