First go to Start --> My Network Places --> In left table " View network connection " --> Click Right in Local Area Connection -->Properties --> Search for Inetnet Protocol (TCP/IP) Then Properties In the new window Click to Obtain an IP Address Automatcally , Then OK--> Ok --> Close

First of all, you can't port forward without a router. Call you ISP and tell them to unblock certain ports.

Which is yours? Does your computer connect to a router then a modem?

Your IP address is weird...

It's either:
1. You don't need to port forward at all.
2. You need to call your ISP to unblock ports.
