    Port 80 used by Microsoft/IIS-7?

When I try to test port 80 on Apache, it says port 80 is used by Microsoft-IIS/7.0, and when I go to my IP it shows this page.

Unistall it, it's somewhere in Software > Windows components > Internet Information Service.

I already turned it off in the "Turn windows features on or off" part of my control panel.

You should UNISTALL it, not disable. (Although it's still checked, unless I'm looking at the wrong folder).

IIS would be Internet Information Services, so it's unchecked. And I don't see Microsoft IIS or IIS in my program and feature list.

I'm sleepy, that could be the reason. Anyway, you could try restarting your computer. If that didn't work, try to disable the service via services.msc (Start > Run), find Internet Information Service (IIS), stop it and set the start up type to manually.

It's not in Services. But it's still there on the website.

Maybe ur dad or mum or anyone in ur network started that and their computer is online all the time so you wont be able to 'overwrite' it, ask ur parents if they know about it

My parents have like never touched a comp in their life. (I live with my great grandma, she's 85) x]

    EDIT*

I got rid of it, but now when I right click WAMP and hit install Apache, it says Apache will be installed, click enter to continue. I click enter, then the box closes and nothing happens.

Look into services.msc again, then check if there is a service called Apache2.2, and if it's started.
