    Possibly Switching to new engine

    the real space engine is nice but I want to test out a new engine, what are your takes on an such an idea? this is the engine I might switch to Ogre 3D

    Probably not the best idea, it's worth a shot, but I suggest just using a newer version of RS, so that you can try and avoid major errors and what not, but either way, it will take some effort.

    Take a look at this though;
    Noesis Technologies

    It's a GUI Engine, apparently it's easier to replace the engine using another engine with GUI, so google says.

    I already understand if I implement a new engine I will have to re-do all the maps elu's animations everything pretty much would have to be re-done

    Great that you are well aware of the challenges to come, people like you need to drop in here a bit more often.

    Anyhow, In my previous post, I posted Neosis GUI, trying taking a whack at that, I've already been digging into RS to figure out why it's disconnecting upon spawning in game while running Windows 8, far as I know(or atleast I think), it's DirectX.

    Keep me up to date with your project, and I will help out as much as I can.
