Problem with Blender During Loading (Windows User)

Well i just got blender to do some small game models (Characters and outfits) and it was working fine until i upgraded my Python version.

After that, Blender did not work (to a point look down for further info), even after i uninstalled and reinstalled both python and blender to the original software versions.

This problem did not appear when i tested in safe mode, but as it is a 3d modeling tool, Windows XP safe mode is much to slow for me to do much of anything with it. As it loads in normal mode, compiling is fine

But when the actual editing window appears it shows black. (Unless in safe mode)

After some small tests I saw that when areas in the editing window are clicked the CPU usage changes, which confuses me to a point, seeing that nothing registers visually, but it appears in other ways the application is running normally without visual aid.

If nothing works I'm buying an Alienware laptop in a few weeks

its probubly because u updated your python so unistall install previous 1? and maybe blender doesnt like sp3? :O

naw,

(1) It was working before (like a week ago) with SP3

(2) And i already tried reinstallation

Even after i uninstalled and reinstalled both python and blender to the original software versions.
