    Gunz couldnt load the model.
Check your zitem/man.xml for the correct mesh name.
Besides, the stomach spot would leave a hole in your model, there wont be the default char chest beneath it.

Since you exported with blender, no.
    Also enjoy the memory leak.

Export it to 3dsmax and rig it there and then export it with the correct plugins for gunz.

When gunz fails to load the model it will display the default player model instead, in this case its the chest.
Also, stop using blender, everyone! ...

    Wrong.
Weapon/Itmes dont use the real mesh name (object name) therefore naming it after the elu works.
For sets however you need to put the right mesh name (object name).
Why? because set elus contain multiple seperate models, in order to load the right one gunz needs the needed mesh name.
